Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing. I work across different settings, and my fees reflect both the location and the type of room available.

My standard session fee ranges from £65–£250 for a 50-minute session, depending on location and availability:

• Harley Street, London W1 — £250 per session
  Premium central London consulting rooms, often chosen for specialist or intensive work.

• Online 
  Flexible, accessible from anywhere in the UK or abroad. Online work is usually charged closer to my London rate, though some concessionary options may be available.

• Hertfordshire — Reduced fees available
  I reserve a limited number of lower-cost spaces (from £65 upwards) for clients attending sessions locally. These are subject to availability, so please enquire.

Payment & Terms

• Fees are payable by bank transfer before or on the day of your session.

• Sessions last 50 minutes.

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

• Weekly sessions are recommended, but frequency can be tailored to your needs.

Why is there a sliding scale?

How do I know what fee applies to me?
When you enquire, I will let you know which spaces I currently have available and the fee that applies to that location.

Can I move between locations?
Yes — some clients begin online or in Hertfordshire and later move to Harley Street. We can discuss the best arrangement for your circumstances.
